For some time now some of the That"s TV channels have been showing "No service". This morning the EPG for Ch75 was showing "No longer available".

    There's nothing at <https://www.terrestrialtv.uk/dtt.cgi?pg=log.php> or
the That"s TV website, but the Wikipedia entry at <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/That's_TV#That%E2%80%99s_TV_3> states
that "The channel is set to close from 1 March 2026", but gives no
reference. Also on the same wiki page at <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/That's_TV#Music_channels> it notes:
"On 25 February 2026, That's TV announced that their three linear music channels (That's Melody, That's Oldies and That's 80s) will close down
on 28 February 2026 via text on the top of the screen saying 'THIS
SERVICE CLOSES 28 FEB, THE MUSIC CONTINUES ON THAT'S TV CHANNELS'.",
    again with no reference.

Any ideas why? Has it just followed one of its many funeral adverts? :-)

    Notice for *compulsory* strike-off isn't something that a company gives;
it is something that Companies House gives it. There are actually
several companies associated with the brand, but the one with the
Gazette notice is That's TV Network Limited, Company number 10892643,
and a sufficient reason for the notice is that it is now more than two
months late in submitting its annual accounts to Companies House.

There is also an anomaly in recording a director's resignation, although
that might be an error in the electronic submission. The resignation
was submitted in December 2025, but quotes a date in December 2024.
However there is a confirmation statement, in October 2025, which says
there were no outstanding changes at that date.

First notice doesn't mean that the company is dead, but will be seen as
a red flag by credit reference agencies. It has at least 2 months,
according to the text of the notice. The 3rd March date is the date of publication in the Gazette, but the text is available the Companies
House web site now. Although the deep link is ephemeral, you can access
    it through: <https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/10892643/filing-history>.
The notice doesn't state the reason, only the consequences of being
struck off, in terms of ownership of its assets.
