Tennessee Ti bike manufacturer Lynsky has filed for bankruptcy and are
blowing out frames at a substantial discount, generally speaking, about
    35% off.

    Bikes here: https://www.lynskeyperformance.com/

REviews about the frames/bike builds aren't exactly stellar, but no real complaints either.

I've never ridden a Lynsky, but I have an older Merlin road and
Independent Fabrications Custom Deluxe, both of which I absolutely love.
If any was was ever in the market for a quality Ti bike, this might be
the time to take the leap.I'm severely tempted to get https://www.lynskeyperformance.com/product-page/elysium-frame....like I
    _need_ another bike....

I did NOTlike the ride of my titanium bikesand that Lynsky frame looks to me like he was just trying to keep up with th4e most modern trends. Sloping to tube. disk brakes, short rear triangle mounts.
I think that he would have done better to retain the classic rim brake construction.
