The other day I noticed, after spending about an hour wondering what was going on, that when you had a new FTN network via wwivconfig that the outbound directory was not automatically getting created, routing all messages to dead.net.

I took a look in the code and found the issue and submitted pull request # 1662 to fix it.

Thanks, I jsut took a look and had some questions. I didn't merge it in locally to test, I'm not at home where I can so was just eyeballing it but looks like there's two extra diffs that may be inadvertently added.
