I did some good things in life, but I want to do it the next level. I am thinking I should look into a masters degree in history. Politics is getting me nowhere, it seems like its a money pit unless you are in bedMake a difference and either a) Serve in some form of political activity or b) Run for a beginner office.

Make a difference and either a) Serve in some form of political activityI am likely going to run for the grade 9-12 school board in my area in 2028.

Follow your dreams and passions. No promises of fame and fortune, but definitely a path of happiness and fulfillment.True, I am thinking of a serious run for school board. It may not make money, but at least I could do something meaningful and have a legacy for tens of thousands of people each year.
a. respecting taxpayers
b. implement innovative programs to help STEM in lower income
neighborhoods in the district
c. make sure there is access to the trades even in the wealthier neighborhoods who may not have it. Just as much as AP classes should be avaliable in lower income neighborhoods. Even if students have to do an inter-district transfer.
d. Special education reform. Stop suing parents by default. If its
cheaper to provide the service than using the lawyer, give the service.

Amen to that brother. I'm more determined now that at any point in my
life that this shit of treating others like they are garbage is going to stop. I'm doing everything I can, and getting as many other people as I can, involved in stopping it.
Seems like a big chunk of people just want to be truly horrible to
others, presumably to convince themselves they're not the bottom rung of the ladder or maybe because they just enjoy it. It's good to be reminded that good people still exist.

Farm. There was a line miss-hap and I kinda got pushed out of it. The
dude that was second in line said "Hey man, no, you were here before I
was, go ahead of me." Totally didn't expect it, and it really helped reassure me about humanity.
Next thing we know you'll be drinking "a nice cup of tea" with yourIve visited the UK regularly for the last three years, but I need to get used to drinking tea.

I don't touch the stuff, myself. Though I did get rather used to
drinking peppermint / ginger and turmeric non-teas while I was on a restrictive diet. My wife still brings me one in the morning instead of coffee and I don't want to spoil her fun by saying no.
That's the type of Teas we produce. All sorts of peppermint, ginger, nettle, raspberry etc.. All for medicinal purposed though. Some of my favorites are out Lemon Echenacea Throat Coat, Breathe Easy and our

Sadly though, I've been around it so long that I'm now the guy labeled a Coffee Snob! LOL!
I did once try Earl Grey but I stupidly asked for milk in it. The Dutch nurse who served it to me looked at me as if I was some kind of moron, which was probably deserved under the circumstances. In my defence, she never mentioned it was Earl Grey until after she'd served it to me.

What are her favorites?I will have to ask her.. She's living with a young man who is a Forest Fighter for the National Forest Service (who didn't lose his job) and got her Massage license for Montana and getting reciprocity in Idaho since she is on the line. I think that she's a permanent citizen now.

Smart of her to get the Idaho endorsement as well. That area along the border is an amazing spot. When we drove up there, we came over fromShe lives near Lolo but just got a job as a massage therapist in a spa about an hour away (Montana?). Anyhow she texted me yesterday and said she made more in one day than a whole week working at the lodge. Apparently the wife of the lodge owner teaches yoga and asked Megs if she would consider doing massage there as well. Yeah she is my "earth mother" daughter.

Nice area! I'll be passing through there next week. It was funny, backMegs says it's actually quite the "granola" area. I would like to visit, it's been awhile since I've been out West. I used to see my dad who lived in Sierra Vista Az and he was a big hiker. We would go up to Aravipa Canyon and backpack in. My wife and I will be celebrating our 15th anniversary by doing the scenic trainride in Vancouver to Bamf. Somewhat nervous about travel yet more nervous about coming back into the US. We would like to spend our money for our Northern neighbors.
in February, we were driving down to Corvallis from Missoula, in the
snow, in the teens, and were stunned by joggers in T-Shirts and shorts running along the trails along 93.
Wassup with dat!?!

Awesome! The Vancouver BC area is one of my favorite destinations.Thank you for the ideas. Sounds exciting!
Julie and I spend a week in Sooke (Victoria Island) last year, and have
in the past stayed in Vancouver while taking day trips up to Whistler
and elsewhee along the Sun Coast. The ride from there to Banff would be awesome! Especially when there's still some snow.
Heck, I'd move to BC in a heartbeat is I just had an extra mil for a
small lot.
Thank you for the ideas. Sounds exciting!Happily!
I forgot to mention the hike to and around Big Chief & Little Chief, Shannon Falls, and the Sea to Sky gondola up near Squamish. If you areCopy that! :)
into hiking.. Well, take a look online at some of the images of the
area.
