I'm currently 36 hours into a three day fast. I've been into ketosisI dont think I can handle fasting. My body cant handle that.
since last evening and pushing into ketosis. Every 4-6 hours I'll have
two teaspoons of EVOO (extra virgin olive oil) with one teaspoon of MCT
oil. I used to do just water with electrolytes but this is great. I'm
not hungry, I have beaucoup energy. Used to be slightly congested but
now I feel like my lung capacity has doubled. Basically any kind of inflammation is gone. I'm definitely going to break fast tomorrow
evening because I just feel like I'm on speed or something. I'm
impressed.

and, you become euphoric. I will be 60 hours into my fast in about an
hour. I was 157 lbs two days ago and I was 145 lbs last night before
bed. I will break fast at 8am with a big cup of beef bone broth so as to
not spike insulin. In other words as I keep breaking fast, I will
continue to be into ketosis....
