Can be hit or miss. I've had many successful transactions, but occasionally stuff gets lost at customs. I've had 2 figures get stuck there, but
eventually they go through. I've gotten large mouse pads, a keyboard, game controllers, and some art. Prices are excellent, shipping is generally reasonable.
