Hi all...

I have available Legion RPG v0.85a, a door game I've been working on for awhile now. It's a lot like Legend of the Red Dragon and some other Dungeon
& Dragons games. Basically, fight the forces of evil and win. It's been a project I enjoy working on and I want to hear feedback from all of you that have tried it. What do you like best, what can be improved, what would you like to see on the game? Stuff like that. Also, if you're a SysOp and would like a copy for either Windows 10/11 64-bit or Linux 64-bit, let me know and I'd be glad to get a copy to you free of charge. It's a game for you all and I've enjoyed working on it and plan to keep working on it for quite some time now.

I just placed it on my board for anyone to grab. You can download either or both of the Windows version or Linux. It runs native so you shouldn't need anything special for it to run. Just unarchive it.

It runs like this on Mystic you place in your /mystic directory:

a script:
#!/bin/bash
cd /mystic/doors/legion
./legion -D $1 -N $2

in the mystic cfg:
(D3) Exec DOOR32 program /mystic/legion.sh %PDORINFO1.DEF %3

(D3) Exec DOOR32 program creates DORINFO1.DEF also. I use this one as it
just works good for me and hope it works as well for all of you. If you get door32.sys to work for you, that'll work too. Let me know with a comment if
it works for you. I'd try it out myself, but why fix it if it's not broken.

Yep, door32.sys works for me. The game crashes when I try to start it,
though.

Yep, door32.sys works for me. The game crashes when I try to start it, though.

Okay, on the crashes, you may be using pre-exisiting data files. Try
resetting the door by deleting the .dat files in the data directory and also the score files in the bulletin directory. This should resolve the issue.
If it persists, tell me when it does work and what happened during the
process until it stopped working. This will be a bug report I can use. The more details the better.
