Beware, there are a growing number of partial line closures as the line is readied for the new stock, and not just at weekends. The latest email says:

The following closures are due to Piccadilly line upgrade work.

Tuesday 18 until Thursday 20 August

No service between Cockfosters and Uxbridge

Use alternative Tube services or local/replacement bus routes. If you're travelling to/from Heathrow, use Elizabeth line services.

This closure will repeat the following week.
