Anyone else having a problem using Vodafone's mobile internet
connection? My phone can make and received calls and text, but not data.
It can do it through wi-fi, so it looks like the mobile connection is down.
Trying to report the problem using my laptop and broadband connection
via the Vodafone website works but then fails at the final stage with a gateway timeout between cloudflare.com and www.vodafone.co.uk. But then
how did I connect to the network status checker at www.vodafone.co.uk in
the first place?

My VF data works fine. Just run a speed test over it.

Working ok this morning. No idea what was going on last night.
This morning a tech in the Vodafone shop got it going again, and showed
me what to do (it was what I had done!...), but on returning home it
failed again. I removed the SIM and cleaned the contacts, but without success. Next time I'm in the area I'll go into the Vodafone shop and
see if a replacement SIM might help.
