I have an app called My O2 where I used to be able to look at my
balance, now I get stuck in a never ended verification loop. What is the correct website?

    https://myo2payg.o2.co.uk/

I can sign in here but I cannot get my balance it says it is not available.

    https://www.o2.co.uk/

    This says forbidden.

You are in a twisty twervy maze of magic mirrors.

I have similar, the app works better if you disable wifi and force it to
use 4G, that way it knows from the SIM who you are ...

I just tried to login using wifi, to see what level of hoops are
involved, and all it required was a 4 digit PIN.

I just tried to login using wifi, to see what level of hoops are

It seems the first problem is that I had no password set up, but I had a passkey. So that should be really easy, except it kept telling me my
passkey had not been verified so I had to log in a different way, which
was to send an email link.

Having got in, I created a new passkey but the same problems occurred
with that, so I created a password.

Now the problem is I have two phone numbers. I select the main phone
number on the first screen, click 'check balance' and it shows me the
balance for the second phone number with no way to change it.

The trick is to go here:

    https://www.o2.co.uk/ecare/home

    and don't use the app.
