I am a VM user (although most of my addresses are @ntlworld.com).
My wife and I both had Premium Bond wins (very small!) in November and December but did not receive email notification. Up until October we
have always received notifications of a win but not these two months.
I have looked at VM using webmail and they don't appear there, and I
download all mails into a different mail prog from which I never delete
any (I won't say how many are in there but its a lot!) All previous NS&I
mails show but not these two months win notifications.
Has anyone else suffered this loss of mails? NS&I of course say it is
not their problem.
