    Thanks - yes, it is interesting:
    * most broadband choices come from comparison sites. I /suppose/ that's predictable; I tend to find such sites disappointing because there's
    little facility to fine-tune, though I haven't actually tried them for broadband.
    * The price doesn't start with what Openreach (or altnet) charge then
    the ISP add their bit. Hmm.
    And other points.
    I _do_ think loss-leader prices should be banned. Yes, even if it puts "everybodt's" price up (I don't think it does - can't see how. Unless by everybody, he means every ISP's starting price.)

    Not every ISP ignores the connection wholesale price. CityFibre charge the
    ISP less than OpenReach. Some ISPs pass this on, some do not. The smaller,
    but long lived, ISPs donrCOt appear to play the low price introductory offer followed by price hike game.
