Does the DECT facility of either of these routers have any form of call blocking either when used with a Fon C6 or any other DECT handset?

Can the router DECT facility can be switched off?

Finally I find it unclear how router phone calling works. If I use a C6
or any other DECT handset does the Fritz!box connect the call over VoIP
which facility it has internally, or does it use the analogue line facility?

Call blocking works at the router level. When I block a call, Its
    blocked for all voip calls.

    yes

There is no analogue "line" all external calls go via VOIP. The POTS
port is only for analogue phones.

You can however call between devices. So a POTS phone plugged into the analogue port can call any DECT phone, registered with the DECT base
    station in the Fritz!Box.

Any DECT phone connected to the Fritz!box DECT interface can call the
    phones on the POTS port.

You can also connect VOIP phones which support SIP to the Fritz!box so
it can act as a mini PBX.
