• Annual price rises.

If a major ISP were to advertise on their website in March "Recontract
your Broadband now and werCOll freeze your current price until 31 March 2027" what price would people expect to pay after placing such a renewal order
(by phone, not possible to do that online)?

The same as February 2026? That price + the -u4 annual increase? something else?

If your current contract has not ended, then the word "current" in the
above promise means I'd _hope_ it would be at the March 2026 price. But
I'd expect them to fight it hard, needing you eventually to prove to
them what they said - get screenshotting (including the time and date).

I've renewed a couple of times with Plusnet during March, and not had an increase until March 31 in the following year. Always done online (and
    always screenshotted !)

    No idea. Probably around -u35/month

Only 3 months into the 24month contract since getting FTTP, and yes I've saved a copy of the webpage.

It is now continuing to be less than that, at the February rate, after making I made a complaint about a -u5 increase.
