What are you missing compared to this list?

    Presumably "That's TV 3" which uses MPEG4 ...

    PSB2 D3&4 count shows 16/17 -1
Maybe that makes sense, Channel 555 Accessible TV Guide is missing,
    not listed.

    COM6 ArqB count 29/30 -1
Again some sense Channel 207 POP UP is missing, not listed.

    COM4 SDN 47/50 -3
Many of these seem to be internet links not true channels. The only
one I can confirm is missing is 253 Trailblazer.

I can't account for the count being -3.

All other tvs count correctly but they are DVB2 compatible the old
    sony is not.

    But why....

Though DVB-T2 compatible, doesn't necessarily imply it will decode MPEG4
    on a DVB-T1 mux

Agreed but that Sony has no problem displaying 1080p via a DVB-T (not
T2) modulator. It has been a while since that was at the forefront of
my memory but I think I recall that to display 1080p MPEG4 is
    required. I'm probably wrong.

For the last couple of years an old/small Sony tv KDL 19BX200 from

Just done a retune (Suttom C) and now..

    C39+ COM6 ArqB 29/30 -1
    C42 COM4 SDN 47/50 -3
    C46 PSB2 D3&4 16/17 -1

Anyone any idea what's so different about some services that this old
    tv can't even register it?

Of absolutely no importance, I'm just curious.

Is the TV tuner capable of decoding T2/HD MUXs some SD channels are now carried on the HD MUXs although still SD.

No it isn't. Thought oddly it has no problem displaying 1080p from a
    DVB-T ((T1) modulator.

True indeed but the missing items are not on the T2 mux which on
    Sutton is C40.

    Thanks.
