    ItrCOs not just the regional news, but the network access agreements. I
    suspect STV will be toast in the not too distant future. STVrCOs value is around -u50 million and falling. ITV being sold for -u1.6 billion.

    That's right. However, I was more wondering about STV plc which is not
    of course a part of ITV plc.
