  • Radio 4 and Radio Luxembourg

    I noticed last night that Radio 4 was previously broadcast on 720 kHz
    and Radio Luxembourg on 1440 kHz - exactly double. Would this cause
    any difficulties or interesting phenomena in R4 areas such as Northern
    Ireland and London?

    Only if you had a very old, grotty receiver.
