• Analogue TV in Wales?

https://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b0078962 "The Seven Year Itch" (the one
with the subway air grille; strangely it's in colour, whereas SLIHot,
made four years later with the same female lead, isn't).

Scroll down to "Broadcasts". Seems it's only been on (BBC, anyway) three
    times - 2007, 2008, and

    "Today
    12:50
BBC Two except East, Scotland, Wales (Analogue) & Yorkshire"

Eh what? Does Wales still have some analogue TV?

Hadrian's Wall has never been a border between Scotland and England. It
lies entirely within England but, when it was built in AD 122 by the
Romans as a defence against the raiding Picts, the future English were
still in Germany and the Scottish were still in Ireland.

No, not since 2010. Don't worry about it, just an out of date bit of
metadata floating around in the BBC's database (It's the least of their problems at present)

Not sure what the thread was about but it has been on BBC TV more times
    than that?

Well no, that's why it isn't on it.

Explain why it is not on in Scotland then, as Scotland has the same
BBC Two as England (since the advent of the BBC Scotland channel).

It's not on in any of those regions for the same reason.
None of them exist any more.

    Bloody hopeless isn't it?

Scotland drop a lot of network programmes - they do not show The One
Show two or three times a week (including Thursday when they have their
'One Big Thank You'. They have a local soap opera a few times a week -
never seen any viewing figures but none of the Scottish people that I
    know watch it.

You appear to be referrring to BBC One Scotland. The discussion here
is about BBC Two, which is the same in England and Scotland (and has
been since the start of the BBC Scotland channel).

My original post was why broadcast details "Today
    12:50
BBC Two except East, Scotland, Wales (Analogue) & Yorkshire" was said on 2025-12-27 - i. e. why was there mention of "Wales (Analogue)" in
December 2025. Obviously, as others have said, it's just that some data
in the website details has not been updated (for years).

Yes, they basically reallocated all the equipment and facilities that
enabled BBC 2 Scotland to be transmitted, to the new BBC Scotland TV channel --- Synchronet 3.21a-Linux NewsLink 1.2
