    With anniversary of D-DAY, younger readers might be interested to know
    that many of us older one were trained at Wood Norton on a transmitter
    which I believe was taken across to France after D-Day and I think was
    used to provide a temporary radio service and possibly relay War Correspondents' reports back to Britain.
