I am amused that neither the commentators, nor those in the hall,
give any sign that when they are waiting for the last public
vote, to see how many points the jury winner has been allocated,
it can readily be calculated.
Total votes to be allocated:
(35 countries + Rest of the World) x 58 = 2088
Bulgaria had 204 points from the juries, a total of 1776 had
been announced from the public, leaving 2088-1776 = 312 for them,
giving 516 in all.
Simples!
It may not come as a surprise that I have a little spreadsheet to
do the addition for me. ;-)
