    I thought I'd stumbled into an alterate universe, where a usenet server operation was sponsoring test matches...

    (Problems with eternal.september seem to be very rare; certainly no

    Presumably an alternative universe where it's still September 1993. I
    can't imagine a Usenet operator being able to sponsor anything these days.

    I'll be in the same boat. Hopefully ES will do as good a job as NIN in filtering out spam. But the way things are going, I can't help wondering
    how much longer ES and the other publicly available news servers will
    continue for.
