    They don't like the banter aimed at blubbering Smith.
    Having to handle something after you have been caught is nothing to
    hold your head high about. It means simply that a person who is
    prepared to cheat and deceive can never again be trusted.

    It isn't the banter that Lemmon head doesn't like, it's the truth that
    hurts him.

    I'm a huge non-fan of Smith, but this would have been clearer, and
    better reading, if the leading quote had some background.
