Apparently today marks the end of cricket being played at the St Helen's ground. It's ending with more of a whimper than a bang, since the final
match is Swansea second XI against Pontardarwe. There's a very good

It's where Gary Sobers hit his six sixes in an over, as well as
Glamorgan beating the South African tourists in 1951 and the Australians
in both 1964 and 1968.
