    +8.2/+7.8 RH 97% QFF 1013.8 -0.1 in 3hr Total 1 okta
    RMK Cu con. Hail shower at 15z yesterday ceased by 1510z, but
    there were further slight/moderate rain showers until 1930z. Cloud
    cleared before midnight with a dry and mainly clear night, but
    fog formed before dawn and cleared near 0720z, min
    observed visibility 200m at 0600z. Currently fog is present to
    the NW, in the Loddon Valley and Cu is developing strongly.
