    RMK COTRA Fine and sunny after 15z yesterday with a mainly
    clear evening and night, leading to an air frost, then a fine and sunny
    start to the morning, but with a temporary cover of 7 okta St near
    08z, now confined to the north.

    max +15.2 min -1.2 grass min -5.1
    rain 0.0 sun (00-24) 11.9 hr
    This is the first air frost since 29th January, and the
    lowest air min since the 15th January.
