    RMK Snow lying, 30% <1cm. Moderate hoar. Ground frozen.
    Fine and sunny after 15z yesterday and mainly clear at first after
    dusk, but it bacame cloudy at times in the evening and night, with
    slight snow between 0325z and 0350z, just enough to leave a
    dusting on the ground. Fine and sunny this morning. Untreated
    roads have a light dusting of snow and isolated icy patches.
