    RMK Cb tops to S. Fogbow. Slight hoar/rime
    Variable cloud and clear intervals after 15z yesterday and several rain
    showers between 16z and 22z, mostly slight but one moderate near
    19z. The overnight period was dry with variable cloud and clear periods,
    and fog formed near 08z, and is patchy with visibility down to 100 m at
    times.
