    RMK Mainly cloudy after 15z yesterday with slight rain near 16z
    and 2330z. Overcast overnight with continuous slight/moderate rain
    after 04z, briefly heavy near 05z, turning to sleet near 0840z, with
    very large snow flakes, 5 to 6 cm across. About 20% covering of
    lying snow at the weather station, <1cm deep. Roads are wet.
