    RMK COTRA Dry since 15z yesterday. Fine and sunny at first,
    but with generally large amounts of high cloud, which persisted
    into the evening, joined by Ac layers, mostly clearing during
    the night allowing a fine and sunny start to the day though still with
    more than half cover of mostly thin high cloud.
