    RMK Fog to NW, in Loddon valley. Dry since 15z yesterday with
    variable, mostly high, cloud and sunny then clear periods, becoming cloudy/overcast (St) overnight, possibly with fog for a time. Cloudy
    (St) since dawn, but cloud sufficiently broken to allow some sunshine.
    Cloud currently tending to slowly disperse.
