    RMK COTRA. Fine and sunny after 15z yesterday but cloud
    (high Ac/Cc) increasing from the west at dusk, with an increasingly
    cloudy evening. Cloudy overnight with occasional very slight rain
    0330z to 0500z then dry. Cloudy (Ac) at dawn but now fine and sunny.
