    RMK Cu fra/hum. Cloudy after 15z yesterday becoming overcast
    for the evening and most of night with occasional slight/moderate rain
    from 2300z to 0330z. then dry apart from a few spots near 0430z and
    just before 0800z. This is the first rain day since 29th June and the
    highest daily fall since 11th June.
