    RMK COTRA. Ac cas. Fine and sunny after 15z yesterday but
    variable amounts of Ac cas developed before dusk, and there was
    lightning visible to the SW around 23z, then variable cloud and
    clear intervals overnight, with a very slight rain shower near 0215z,
    just a few spots. Fine and sunny since dawn.
