    RMK COTRA Cu med. Partial 22 deg halo.
    Overcast after 15z yesterday with continuous
    slight rain 1515z to 1900z, then cloudy with a couple of slight rain
    showers in the evening, and a moderate one (cold front passage) at
    2400z. Dry after 01z with variable cloud and clear intervals, cloudy
    since 06z (mainly Ci), but Cu started to form by 07z.
