    It's been there in Cumberland Basin for a *long* time. Built in situ on
    an old barge hull, and it ain't going anywhere, as it's much taller than
    the bridge 'oles.

    Ok, it wasn't the zoo basin - or even in London!

    It was to be a floating office block in Gas Street Basin, Birmingham.

    I still need to find the date but I did a cartoon about it as one of a
