I arrive at Calveley Services For a DIY pumpout, only to find it's been dismantled and thus out of order.
Timeline:
13:01: My report to CART CS is acknowledged via e-mail
and given a case number. I can expect a reply within 5
working days.
16:10: A message on my answerphone saying the cabinet has been
marked as out of order and a repair has been actioned.
No sign yet of a corresponding stoppage notice, but that may come. Bit
of a procedural failure in the first place, but a good recovery.
