<div>If you are still facing issues with the recording conversion process, as this component is out of the scope of Zoom Marketplace(which is this forum for), please contact Zoom support at -us/articles/201362003 and one of the Zoom experts will be happy to assist you.</div><div></div><div></div><div>I am in need of some help. So interesting situation. I joined our board meeting Zoom call through my ZOOM Chromebook extension using the meeting ID and pass code provided by my boss. I did not realize I was not signed in to my account but essentially joined the call as a guest with my name. My boss then made me the host. I recorded the entire zoom meeting by hitting the record meeting button. It did not give me the option to record to computer or record to zoom cloud. All that happened when I hit record was the voice saying "System now recording" or whatever it says. So meeting happens, is coming to a close, and my boss wants to discuss some executive actions with other executives. So I stop the recording, transfer host privileges back to her, then leave the Zoom call. As soon as I did that I realized I did not get any notification about the recording being saved or downloaded and sent anywhere. WHERE COULD THIS RECORDING BE! I really need this recording to write the minutes for the meeting. Is it lost? Can it potentially be recovered? Any help at all would be great, thank you!!!</div><div></div><div></div><div></div><div></div><div></div><div>download my zoom recording</div><div></div><div>DOWNLOAD: https://t.co/ud27KSPW0z </div><div></div><div></div><div>Hi BLeo12 </div><div></div><div></div><div></div><div>Chromebooks can only record to the cloud, not locally. Since you were not the host of the meeting, just given the host role, you could start a cloud recording, but that cloud recording would not be saved to your profile. It would be saved to the user who is the original host of the meeting. Check with them to see if they have the cloud recording on their Recordings page.</div><div></div><div></div><div>As I said, Chromebook users can only record to the cloud, so if they have any cloud recording, they will be found on the Recordings page of the web portal. From there, they should be able to download the recordings, unless an admin on the account has prevented them from downloading their recordings.</div><div></div><div></div><div>I was in a Zoom meeting a couple of hours ago and I was recording the call which successfully saved after the 40 mins ended and I ended the call, I then made another call and recorded it but the second one didn't convert or save after I ended, where can I find that save file?</div><div></div><div></div><div>I've received a web link to a Zoom recording. At the link, an in-page player opens, and the video starts playing. I can see that the page is issuing an HTTP GET request for an MP4 file with a bunch of parameters; but - I can't just retrieve that MP4, I get a "missing key", or a "Forbidden" if I also add the parameters.</div><div></div><div></div><div>When there is a recording of Zoom meetings, the recording is saved in a local file at the machine of the host that recorded the video. You probably received a link that does not allow you to download or open the video from outside your company (or without authentication). My company does that to prevent confidential information leakage, since nobody from outside should be allowed to see/know private information. Maybe that is the case for you...</div><div></div><div></div><div>You can enable the Audio transcript option in the settings of your personal Zoom account. Once enabled, transcripts are automatically generated for new cloud recordings of meetings you scheduled.</div><div></div><div></div><div>As an instructor, you also have a few additional options forrecordings of meetings that you scheduled via your Canvas course site. From theZoom link in the course navigation menu, on the Cloud Recordings tab,you can:</div><div></div><div></div><div></div><div></div><div></div><div></div><div>You will be able to change your preferred team and folder destination for all of your Zoom recordings from your existing settings by navigating to Upload defaults in your Vimeo account settings and then choosing your preferred default settings.</div><div></div><div></div><div></div><div></div><div></div><div></div><div>It's only possible to link multiple Zoom accounts into one Vimeo team account if you have a Vimeo Enterprise account with Video Library enabled. In that instance, a Zoom Recordings folder will be created in each team member's 'Private to Me' folder after they install the Vimeo app on Zoom and record a meeting. Those recordings can then be edited and moved into another team folder in the Vimeo team account.</div><div></div><div></div><div>Once your Zoom meeting ends and the cloud recording is fully uploaded to Vimeo, you will receive an email notification that the Zoom recording is available on Vimeo. You can select Go to video to view your Zoom recording on Vimeo. You can trim, share, and add comments to your Zoom recording just like any other video on Vimeo.</div><div></div><div></div><div></div><div></div><div></div><div></div><div>Employees typically attend three to five meetings per day. This means a large organization with thousands of employees can generate over a million meeting recordings a year. Maintaining the confidentiality of the intellectual property generated in these meetings is essential to any corporate IT strategy.</div><div></div><div></div><div>Panopto automatically uploads Zoom recordings to a secure video cloud, transcodes them for optimal playback on any device, and gives administrators a variety of options to facilitate secure sharing, enforce retention policies, set availability windows for video content, and more.</div><div></div><div></div><div>Zoom gives you the ability to easily record your meetings, capturing audio, video, screen shares, PowerPoint slides, or other content you might share during a video conference. But how easy is it to utilize that meeting recording asset after the meeting ends, when you need the information the most.</div><div></div><div></div><div>If you selected Record to Cloud, after your pressed the End Meeting button, your recording will automatically will be uploaded into your DU MediaSpace and DU Canvas My Media account. You should get an email sent to your University email after 20-30 minutes.</div><div></div><div></div><div>If you selected Record to this Computer, after your pressed the End Meeting button, your recording will be saved on your computer. ZOOM recordings are saved in a folder called ZOOM within your documents folder. You can upload this mp4 file to YouTube, Vimeo or some other video sharing website.</div><div></div><div></div><div>Zoom allows you to store recordings on your computer or in the cloud. Zoom is not intended for long-term or permanent storage. Review your recordings frequently and delete or move them to another location.</div><div></div><div></div><div>I think HubSpot does not have a built-in feature to associate external Zoom recordings with contacts. However, you can create a custom property in HubSpot to store the file path for each recording and then manually associate the recording with the correct contact. Here's how:</div><div></div><div></div><div>Create a custom property: Go to your HubSpot account, click on the settings icon, and then click on "Properties." Click the "Create property" button and create a new text property to store the file path of each Zoom recording.</div><div></div><div></div><div>The closest workarounds in HubSpot for the Zoom integration would be to download the call recordings as per the description in this feature request update or to share the call recording via a URL with your team as described in this Knowledge Base article.</div><div></div><div></div><div>When recording meetings that include Protected Health Information (PHI) or other regulated data, please be aware that all regulatory requirements apply, including HIPAA. While Zoom has been certified for use with meetings that include such data, you are responsible for ensuring regulatory requirements are met sharing, downloading, and storing the recordings, as with any other regulated content.</div><div></div><div></div><div>Students will be able to view any published recordings immediately by clicking the "Cloud Recordings" tab within the Zoom tool. Recording passcodes will automatically copy to their clipboard when they open a recording.</div><div></div><div></div><div>Once you've downloaded the recording file from the Zoom cloud, you can upload the file to your Google Drive and share it with those who will need to access it. You may share with students, faculty, staff, and non-Brown affiliated individuals, just as you may for any other item in your Google Drive.</div><div></div><div></div><div>If you have a Zoom recording stored locally, you can upload it to Google Drive by selecting the file from where you stored it on your computer, just as you would once you've downloaded a Zoom recording from the cloud. If you cannot locate your recording, go to brown.zoom.us and select the "Local Recording" section. It's next to the Cloud Recording title in the "Recordings" section. You will see a list of the recordings and location where the file is stored on your computer.</div><div></div><div></div><div>Please note that links to Zoom Cloud Recordings are public and are not password protected by default. Anyone with the view link to the video can view it.</div><div></div><div></div><div></div><div>During the recent increase and need for remote conferencing, Gillings users will temporarily be able to cloud record without making a formal request. The cloud recording option should be visible on your Gillings accounts.</div><div></div><div></div><div></div><div>To record a meeting to the cloud: Start a meeting. Select the Record button in the Zoom toolbar. Select Record to the Cloud to begin recording.
