Damo (Korean: %i#%aa %u40yo%e4 oino-?; RR: Joseon Yeohyeongsa Damo; lit. "Female Detective Damo in the Joseon Dynasty"; also known as The Legendary Police Woman) is a 2003 South Korean fusion historical drama, starring Ha Ji-won, Lee Seo-jin, and Kim Min-jun. Set in the Joseon Dynasty, it tells the story of Chae-ok, a damo relegated to the low-status job of a female police detective who investigates crimes involving women of the upper class. It aired on MBC from July 28 to September 9, 2003 on Mondays and Tuesdays at 21:55 for 14 episodes.
Chae-ok is the daughter of a nobleman, who was framed for conspiracy and thereafter committed suicide. She got separated from her brother at the age of 7 when she was caught by the officer who then took her to be the slave of Hwangbo Yoon's family. Alongside him, she was raised in the mountains and learned martial arts and sword fighting. She has loved Yoon silently for years, knowing they cannot be together because he belongs to a higher social class. Instead when he becomes a police commander, she joins his bureau as a damo to continue being near him and working with him.

Two of Father Ted's most famous one-off characters are set to launch the official Father Ted podcast, featuring insightful interviews with the stars and producers of the famous Irish comedy series.
Joe Rooney, who plays the rebellious Fr. Damo Leonard in the popular sitcom, and Patrick McDonnell, who plays Daniel O'Donnell parody Eoin McLove, have announced that they will host the "Talking Ted" podcast series.
Talking Ted is set to launch soon on the Irish-owned platform, the Headstuff Podcast Network. The podcast will be hosting bonus events on Headstuff+ and subscribers will get first refusal on any live Talking Ted events hosted at the Podcast Studios.
Andy Quirke, Damo & Ivor The Movie's writer/creator/lead actor, reprises his roles as Damo, Ivor and John Joe and is joined by some of the much-loved cast of the TV series including Ruth McCabe (Grano) along with other well-known Irish faces Simon Delaney and Tina Kellegher.
Cusack's work often dives into wackiness when it comes to conflicts: warring "Bush Wizards," overly-aggressive party goers, and lethargic giants often take situations into hilarious extremes before resolving them in the most lackadaisical of ways. A verbal disagreement can often start from nothing, quickly escalate, and then just as quickly dissolve into nothing as the involved parties continue on with their day. It'll be interesting to see how this type of humor is utilized with a traditional sitcom cast, especially with some of the more off-the-wall elements shown off in recent promotional material.
Much like with Cusack's other projects, Cusack himself will star as the eponymous Koala Man, with Australian voice actors Sara Snook and Demi Lardner likely making up the rest of Koala Man's family. Snook is one of the leading cast members in HBO's Succession, along with making appearances in films like Winchester, An American Pickle, and Steve Jobs. Lardner, meanwhile, has collaborated with the Australian comedy group Aunty Donna for a handful of projects and played some minor roles in Drunk History: Australia.
Also key to the cast of The Marine 2 is actor Michael Rooker, who portrays Church, a former Special Forces Army Ranger and explosive ordinance engineer, who lives and works on the island. Church meets Joe and Robin when the couple visits his scuba shack and ask to rent some equipment and a boat for the afternoon.

The grandson of two professional wrestlers --"Iron" Mike DiBiase and Helen Hild -- and the son of "The Million Dollar Man" Ted DiBiase, DiBiase has taken the family name into a new millennium, quickly rising in the WWE as part of the "Legacy" group with the sons of other legends of wrestling: Rhodes (son of Dusty Rhodes) and Randy Orton (son of cowboy Bob Orton).
