If this gets noticed, everybody says "groupthink" at the same time.
There are several cases where people don't seem to know what they're
taking about. The one that always annoys me is organisations saying
"only a few bad apples" like it was an excuse, without any idea of what >actually happens when apples go bad.
Also, when did anybody "vow" to fix a problem, apart from in the
headlines ?
