I have finally (it's only taken a few years) got round to updating the
Zumo's maps. I was hoping that I could completely remove the speed
camera alert thing (in case I ever get round to riding in France), but
it seems that it can only be disabled in the device's settings.

As a bonus, I got DucatiDiag working again and reset the Guzzi's TPS for
the first time in several years.

the Garmin does not show speed cameras in France. It puts a red banner at
the top of the screen saying, "dangerous road." This is embedded in the mapping data.

you probably get an audible warning as well, but I don't use a headset on
    the bike

Nor do I. Think I turned off audio alerts anyway.
