    Been out Bloodbiking today.

    Got many comments about how hot I must be, but TBH as long as I was
    moving it was fine, along with using my Camelback :-)

    I've never used it riding a bike in the UK, only ever used it it Uganda.
    An absolute joy, able to slurp at 40 MPH.

    When Mark and I were in Morocco a couple of years ago (nearly 10!!) we
    had Camelbaks. A Godsend.

    Fresh water in the Camelbak and water mixed with electrolyte in a
    bottle in the top box.
