    I have several Dahlias (in pots) which I bought last year, re-potted in
    Spring and which are now flowering again and looking healthy and
    beautiful. But there are tubers of 2 Dahlia Dalina Maxi (Lopez and
    Sonora) which have yet to appear above the soil. The tubers look fat
    and healthy but just not inclined to do anything yet.

    Is it simply that they are a very late variety and I am expecting them
    too early?
