No sign of our snowdrops yet but our snowflakes have been in flower for
    over a week.

Lots of clumps been in flower in my garden in far West Cornwall for at
least a couple of weeks. They spread naturally, but when a clump is
getting big, I divide it up and plant some in another part of the bed. Remember, snowdrops must only be moved 'in the green', otherwise they
just die. In an earlier garden and not realising that fact, I bought
several packs and planted about 100. I think one came up. Lesson
    learnt!

Gardening in West Cornwall, very mild, sheltered
from the West, but open to the North and East.

Snowdrops have been out since the beginning of this week in and around Northallerton. The yellow aconites are out too in sheltered woodland.

My early daffodils on a sunny S facing bank are just starting to tip
their heads down but this cold stormy weather will slow them down.
I doubt if any of them will open this month.
