    Local TV news item this morning stated that Devon and Cornwall Police
    report that on a recent crackdown on illegal e-bikes and e-motorcycles, one e-bike was found to have been modified to be capable of speeds up to 80mph.

    The snivelling responses to this appalling risk to public safety by a well-known cycling web site are awaited.
