  • This "cycle path" looks awfully like the footway...

    The case is that of a cyclist sexually assaulting several women walking
    along that footway and eventually being prosecuted for it (I wonder
    whether riding a chav-bike on the footway formed part of the charges?):

    No chance, the sentence for those offences was far too light to include footpath cycling.

    Can we all get away with saying rCLIrCOm not familiar with that law?rCYrCa

    One wonders what his wife and kids, who are still in the Turkish refugee
    camp, thought of his actions?

    On the surface it looks like herCOs playing the refugee card, again.
