    Any guesses as to who might have done this?

    The cycle lane is abruptly closed with no diversion in place. Cyclists are forced to dismount into a busy pedestrian area. Someone has kicked the
    signage out of the way and cyclists are squeezing through into the "closed" cycle lane.
