    Interesting article on BBC1rCOs Breakfast show this morning concerning
    e-bikes.

    Apparently the rate of injuries requiring hospital treatment is double, for both rider and impacted pedestrian, that of bicycle-related injuries.

    One hospital unit has seen 150 cases in the last six months.

    The English Devolution Bill is expected to devolve powers to cities and
    other areas to regulate e-bikes and their use.

    An interesting feature is that most of the e-bikes shown in the various street-scene clips are not being pedalled but nonetheless are maintaining
    their momentum.
