Some chav-cyclists like to give off an impression of erudition and
    liberality.

But when it boils down to the basics, they're almost all just
self-centred, scofflaw chavs. And Boardman's mask slipped there,
    revealing the whining kid within.

"Just leave us alone to do as we like! After all, other people just
    don't matter".

The claim about rCyenabling and requiringrCO has been used before by Boardman, in this article complete with the original misleading headline having been corrected. Well, this is the pro-climate BBC, after all:

    From the Boardman website:

rCLI am married to Sally-Anne Boardman and have six children, two dogs and a cat. We have lived on the Wirral peninsula for nearly 30 years.rCY

Excuse me, but if you are keen on rCyrequiringrCO people to follow diktats regarding climate change, was it the best idea to bring six children into
an overpopulated world and then whinge about the climate changing?

BoardmanrCOs Twitter / X post is a classic:

rCLI donrCOt normally get involved in calling out headlines but itrCOs just getting bonkers.

If this was directed at a gender, race or religion it would be rightly
called out as the hate speech it is. Mums, dads, sons and daughters being labelled as killers. ItrCOs just got to stop.rCY

DoesnrCOt he realise that every killer is someonerCOs son or daughter and many are mums, dads, etc?

Stop the killings is a good idea, and the new changes bringing in
up-to-date laws for cyclists who kill is to be welcomed. But I donrCOt think that was what he meant.
