    A cursory examination of the video suggests the cyclist had the car in his
    view for close to two seconds before the collision. Although he goes into freewheel shortly before the crash, there is no obvious attempt to e.g.
    brake or swerve. One wonders if he had seen the car at all.

    As a motorcyclist, had I been riding that stretch of road at the time, I certainly wouldnrCOt have followed the cyclistrCOs approach to dealing with such a situation.
