    Someone looking to buy an old second hand ULEZ compliant Susuki Swift.
    They have hear that the manual gearboxes can be noisy and troublesome.
    Is there a way to avoid a car with this issue? For instance finding out the year or the origin of the cars to avoid or some other way to sidestep this problem arriving ? Thanks
